IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Aircraft & Seat Availability:
With the exception of Private Charters, all availability is displayed on a per-seat basis. While we always endeavour to seat bookings of two or more passengers together on the same helicopter, the number of seats shown as available may be spread across multiple helicopters rather than on a single aircraft. We will always prioritise group bookings to fly together where possible; however, in some instances this may not be achievable due to operational or availability constraints. If this occurs, we will contact you within 24 hours of your scheduled flight to discuss suitable alternatives.

Weather Check:
Please contact us for a weather check one hour before your ‘Flight Departure’ time for confirmation your flight is going ahead. You can either:
- call us on our landline +64 3 442 3016 / freephone (NZ) 0800 801 616
- call or text us via WhatsApp on +64 27 442 3013

Passenger Weights:
We are required by New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority regulations to confirm all passenger weights. Please provide accurate individual dressed weights (including footware) of all passengers in the field provided. In the event the weight restrictions of the helicopter are exceeded, we may contact you to change the time of your flight. You will also be weighed on the day of departure. If your declared weights are not accurate, additional fees may be incurred should we need to use a different or additional helicopter in order to accommodate you and your party.

Minimum numbers:
In the event we do not reach the minimum numbers we require to operate the flight, we will contact you to offer an alternative option.

What to wear/bring:
Dress in warm, comfortable layers, with a windproof jacket for your landing. Closed-toe shoes are recommended for both comfort and safety. Don’t forget your camera, sunglasses, hat and sunblock.
