Please make your way to Glacier Southern Lakes Helicopters, located at 35 Lucas Place, Frankton (near the airport). There is plenty of parking in front of the hangar.

Passenger Weights:
We are required by New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority regulations to confirm all passenger weights. Please provide accurate individual dressed weights (including footware) of all passengers in the field provided. In the event the weight restrictions of the helicopter are exceeded, we may contact you to change the time of your flight. You will also be weighed on the day of departure. If your declared weights are not accurate, additional fees may be incurred should we need to use a different or additional helicopter in order to accommodate you and your party.

Minimum numbers:
In the event we do not reach the minimum numbers we require to operate the flight, we will contact you to offer an alternative option.

What to wear/bring:
Dress in warm, comfortable layers, with a windproof jacket for your landings and time on the cruise. Closed-toe shoes are recommended for both comfort and safety. Don’t forget your camera, sunglasses, hat and sunblock. You’re welcome to bring a small bag for any personal items you need to carry with you.

Cruise dining options depend on your cruise departure time. Where more than one option is available, please only select one option per person, as these are alternative choices.
